DATA SET 6: MATERIAL PROPERTIES

A total of NMAT lines are required for this data set, each containing material properties of a material type, in sequence and order from material type 1 (one) to material type NMAT (specified in DATA SET 2). For each material type, 4 or 7 material properties are needed (NMPPM specified in Data Set 2). Properties 5 to 7 are needed only for simulations with heat transfer (ISHEAT > 0 in Data Set 6a).

Each line is free-field format input containing the following information:

1. PROP(1,I) = Longitudinal dispersivity (L).
2. PROP(2,I) = Lateral dispersivity (L).
3. PROP(3,I) = Effective molecular diffusion coefficient of the I-th medium (L**2/T).
4. PROP(4,I) = Bulk density of medium I (M/L**3).
5. PROP(5,I) = Specific heat of dry medium I (L**2/T**2/^oK).
6. PROP(6,I) = Apparent thermal conductivity of medium I (ML/^oK/T**3).
7. PROP(7,I) = Saturated water content of medium I (L**3/L**3).
